This promo will cover all Housing Loan and Property Equity Loan applications nationwide with minimum loan term of 10 years, minimum loan amount of P1Mn, submitted from February 18 to May 31, 2019, and subsequently approved.
PROMO TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Applicable for individual clients only. Juridical* entity clients are excluded.
2. Client must comply with the additional requirements below to become eligible for the promo:
- Must submit complete post-approval requirements and pay bank charges within two (2) months after loan approval date
- Release of full loan amount on or before October 1, 2019
- Must pay first (1st) montly amortization on due date
3. The deposit fund shall be available two (2) months after client's amortization payment on 1st monthly due date.
4. Eligible clients must nominate an existing deposit account to facilitate the release of the deposit funds. For those who do not have an existing BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank account, they shall be required to open a new deposit account different from the deposit account used for the loan payment. 5. If client terminates the loan within the first 5 years, the pro-rated deposit funds (refers to total amount of deposit funds received from promo) shall be debited from the client’s BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank deposit account.
6. The amount of deposit funds received by client will be based on the loan amount released and shall be subject to applicable taxes.

9. In no event will BPI Family Savings Bank be liable for special, indirect, incidental and consequential damages arising from or in connection with the implementation of this Promo. These Promo Terms and Conditions shall form an integral part of the Mortgage Loan Agreement and Credit Advice which the client will execute with BPI Family Savings Bank.
10. In case of dispute, BPI Family Savings Bank’s decision, in concurrence with DTI, regarding this promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
