1. I'm NEW to Online Banking, how can I enroll my BPIE S.T.A.R. Account?
a. Click Online Banking Login.
b. Click PROCEED to be redirected to online.bpi.com.ph
c. Click Enroll Now.
d. Choose Enroll a BPI Europe account. Click Continue.
e. Tick "I have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions" and click Continue.
f. Fill in all required information.
g. Under Account Numbers, fill in your 6-digit sort code (235441 or 232732), immediately followed by your 8-digit account number.
h. Under Currency, select GBP.
i. Under Type of Account, tick Savings for STAR Savings, or Checking for STAR Current, or Time Deposit for STAR Plus Account.
j. Tick the Agreement Clause if you want to proceed.
k. Click Submit.
l. The Online Banking Registration Form for BPI Europe Clients document will appear.
m. Click Print/Submit to print this document.
n. Affix your signature on the printed document.
o. Post the signed enrollment registration to our Earl’s Court office.
p. Wait for an email advice from BPI Online Banking. Inform us of you still could not view your BPIE account online 5 banking days from the time you posted your application.
2. I am an existing BPI Online Banking user, how can I enrol my BPIE STAR Account?
Your BPI Europe Plc account will be displayed under "My Accounts."
PLEASE NOTE: After enrolment processing, MY ACCOUNTS will display details of YOUR OWN
BPIE STAR account and BPI/BPIFB/BPID ATM accounts.
3. How can I enrol a Third Party Account or MY BPI/BPIFB PASSBOOK Account as a Transaction Beneficiary? (Third Party Accounts refer to BPI/BPIFB/BPI Direct accounts owned by someone else.)
a. Email BPI Europe Plc at email@example.com and request for an online banking-third party enrollment Form.
b. Print, fill out and affix your signature on the printed document. For your Account Number & ATM Card Number, fill out details of your BPI Europe STAR account (sort code and account number). Fill in Third Party information, account name and account number.
c. Post the orignal signed Third Party enrollment form to our Earl's Court Office with address as follows:

d. Processing time by BPIE is within 3 days from receipt of this form.
PLEASE NOTE: After enrolment processing, MY ACCOUNT will NOT display details of Third Party/Your Passbook accounts. These accounts will appear in the dropdown list of receiving/beneficiary accounts when you do a Funds Transfer Transaction (see Question 4).
4. How to do a Money Transfer Transaction via BPI Online Banking?
a. Do steps 1-2 from Question 1.
b. Log in to BPI Online Banking using your existing username and password.
c. Click "Home" located at the upper right hand corner, then choose "TRANSFER MONEY." Go to 'BPI Europe' tab.
d. Step 1 of 3 - Fill in the details screen appears.
e. Step 2 of 3 - Review details and answer the question "Are these details Correct?"
f. Step 3 of 3 - Confirmation with summary of your transaction. This page displays summary of your transfer transaction and tells you that your BPI Europe transfer transaction was either successfull or failed. If Transaction was successful, at this point, your BPI Europe STAR account has been deducted by the principal remittance amount and the applicable service charge. Your receiving/beneficiary has also just been credited with the proceeds of transfer.
IMPORTANT: THE EXCHANGE RATE, PROCEEDS AND SERVICE CHARGE INDICATED THEREIN ARE CORRECT AT THE TIME YOU ARE DOING YOUR TRANSACTION. BY PROCEEDING, YOU AGREE TO AND CONFIRM THE INFORMATION THEREIN AND NOT FROM ANY OTHER SECTION OF THE BPI WEBSITE.
5. How to pay-in to / deposit to / credit your BPI Europe S.T.A.R. Account?
a. Make a Faster Payment or Online Transfer from your other UK account to your BPIE S.T.A.R. account (subject to clearing within BPIE business hours).
b. Do an over-the-counter deposit at BPI Europe-Earl’s Court.
c. Make a bank transfer/payment (online banking/telephone banking/personal banking) from your other UK Bank account to your BPI Europe account (subject to a 3-banking days clearing period).
d. Set up a Standing Order (STO) request from your other UK Bank account for regular transfers to your BPI Europe account. PLEASE NOTE: Your BPIE account will be credited as soon as we verify receipt of your funds/pay in. We will advise you of other pay-in options in due course.
6. How to withdraw from/Debit against Your BPI Europe S.T.A.R. Account?
a. Do an over-the-counter withdrawal at BPI Europe-Earl’s Court office. Advise us a day earlier if you needed to withdraw over GBP1,000.00 in cash.
b. Do a remittance transaction via BPI Europe Online Banking (see Section E).
c. Instruct us to debit your BPIE S.T.A.R. account in favour of a Philippine beneficiary via a remittance transaction (regular remittance charges apply).
d. Instruct us to debit your BPIE S.T.A.R. account and make an online bank transfer to your own UK bank account (subject to a 3-banking days clearing period).
e. Instruct us to debit your BPIE S.T.A.R. account a make a chaps/same day online bank transfer to your own UK bank account (subject to cut-off time and service charges).
f. Do a funds transfer (same currency) via BPI Europe Online Banking from your BPIE S.T.A.R. account to another BPIE S.T.A.R. account (subject to pre enrollment and service charges).
7. How to do your remittance transactions (available to BPI Europe Accountholders only):
a. Via your BPIE S.T.A.R. account: over-the-counter or over-the-phone or via Online Banking.
b. Over-the-counter at BPI Europe Earl’s Court: Cash deposit or Debit/Credit Card.
For certain types of transactions, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, additional documents on proofs of source of funds and purpose of remittance will be requested before processing of your remittance.
