Check your card balance real-time through the following channels:

I. BPI Online

  1. Visit https://online.bpi.com.ph, click on the Inquire prepaid card balance link in the Homepage.
  2. Enter your 16-digit Amore Visa Prepaid card number and click “Submit”

II. BPI Phone Banking

  1. Call BPI Phonebanking at (02) 889-10000 (Metro Manila), domestic toll-free 11-800-188-89100  (available to PLDT subscribers), or 63+2+89-10000 for mobile phone and international access.
  2. Dial option 4 for “other Products and Services”
  3. Press 1 for “Prepaid and Gift Cards” then press 1 for Balance Inquiry
  4. Key-in your 16-digit Amore Visa Prepaid Card number

III. For Amore Visa Prepaid Cards enrolled in Online Banking, you may access your balance by logging in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile App
