The CFA Society Philippines' search for the 2017 Best Managed Funds of the Year was initiated in line with the association's thrust of further educating retail investors by introducing them to risk-adjusted fund performance. They evaluated a total of 81 funds from 16 houses and Trust Institutions. Besting other dollar equity funds in the industry, the BPI Global Equity Fund-of-Funds emerged as the bestmanaged fund based on its five-year risk-adjusted returns.
Through the BPI Global Equity Fund-of Funds, BPI AMTC provides its investors long-term capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of global equity collective investment schemes. The Fund also aims to provide excess return over the Morgan Stanley Capital International World Index, allowing investors to grab opportunities in the global markets.
BPI AMTC is the only domestic asset manager with a multi-strategy orientation enabling it to serve a broad spectrum of investor risk profiles with multiple asset class preferences from both local and international markets. As such, International Finance Magazine Awards hailed BPI AMTC as the Best Asset Manager in the Philippines for providing its clients a wide-range of investment solutions.
